The new i-Governance series convenes specialty sessions on today's vital topics under Chatham House rules for senior public sector leaders, drawing on Canadian and international experts. As well, short programs are offered through the Centre's professional development institutes, and are constantly evolving to match the dynamic operating environment of today's public sector.

Intelligent Automation: On June 11th a panel discussion lunch was hosted with two experts in Intelligent Automation; Kirke Everson, the Government Lead for Intelligent Automation for KPMG in the US, and François Gaudreau, National Lead for Intelligent Automation for KPMG in Canada. They discussed the full spectrum of intelligent automation – from robotic process automation and bots, through to artificial intelligence and evidence based-learning, and its application to both the front and back office.
