This one-day workshop will present you with a framework of career development that applies to any stage of your career, whether you are a seasoned professional, mid-career or just beginning your career. The framework will help you identify what step you are at in the career development process and direct you to resources and activities in order to assist you in targeting your energy appropriately.

Nathalie Bercier-Gauthier has been a certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner (NLP) coach and hypnotherapist for 13 years, and is a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). In 2016, she completed her masters’ degree in counseling and spirituality from Saint Paul University. Nathalie has worked extensively with children and families for over 18 years. She has 13 years’ experience as a teacher at La Cité collégiale in Ottawa, and she has facilitated, and been a presenter at, several workshops.
