How to organize, digitize, store and share your personal photos

Over time, we all tend to randomly accumulate any number of personal photos. An expert from the Canadian Museum of History will show participants how to organize, record, digitize, store and share their digital photos.

Participants will learn about different digital formats and ways to record and store digital documents for the long term. They will also be introduced to digitization, scanners and which software to use.

Finally, the workshop will end with an overview of various Internet-based photo sharing platforms and the pitfalls involved in digital copyright issues.

(The cost of 45$ includes admission to the museum’s exhibitions on the day of the course)
