On April 26th, the University of Ottawa’s Institute for Strategic Communications & Change is hosting a half-day workshop on introducing and applying Lean Change Management practices within your organization.

Led by Jason Little, international speaker and author of Lean Change Management: Innovative Practices for Managing Organizational Change, the workshop is designed to help you bring meaningful change into your organization through the use of a lean and agile change approach.   Participants will “learn-by-doing”, hearing real stories and case studies of innovative change practices, while exploring how to use and create effective, lightweight, fit-for-purpose tools and techniques.

Workshop key learnings will include:
