Sometimes, life brings along unexpected disruptions such as a major restructuring of the roles and responsibilities of the employees who remain in the work environment. It is quite normal to momentarily feel destabilized or to feel confusion and dismay. How does one cope with and bounce back from those periods of turbulence and difficult times?
This dynamic and interactive one-day workshop will help you cope with the loss of colleagues and a major restructuring of responsibilities in your work place. Through group discussion and reflection exercises, you will explore the various phases of transition from feeling out of sync to expressing your intentions with respect to a new beginning. It will give you the tools to design a new road map that will help you regain power over your personal and professional life. Our goal is to help you put in place strategies to manage change, grieve and let go of the past to give a new meaning to your professional life.
Learning objective: This workshop will allow participants to develop strategies and acquire the necessary skills to deal effectively with the current period of change and ambiguity and to move progressively toward re-engagement in the new vision of the organization.

Françoise Drouin-Soucy did a master’s in social work at the University of Ottawa and completed coaching training with Erickson Coaching International. She has worked for over 15 years in the mental health field, including more than a decade as a program manager. She is passionate about strategies that enhance autonomy and help people connect with their core values, and this passion is reflected in her work, both in training and in coaching.
