Our team of coaches is made up of individuals from a wide variety of backgrounds with work experience in both the public and private sectors. All of our coaches have a master’s from a recognized university as well as certification from a coaching school accredited by the International Coaching Federation. They offer services in both English and French.
Claire Beaulne, MEd, CCC, is a leadership and career coach, a professional counsellor and a senior facilitator with more than 17 years of experience in various federal departments and in the private sector. Claire has completed coaching training with MentorCoach, Integral Coaching and Presence-Based Coaching (U.S.). Claire coaches in the areas of leadership, emotional intelligence, effective communication, influence, career management, and mindfulness and presence. Claire is accredited in various tools, including Leadership Circle, EQ-i 2.0 and Hogan.
Nathalie Bercier-Gauthier has been a certified Neurolinguistic Practitioner (NLP) coach and hypnotherapist for 13 years, and is a student member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). In 2016, she completed her masters’ degree in counseling and spirituality from Saint Paul University. Nathalie has worked extensively with children and families for over 18 years. She has 13 years’ experience as a teacher at La Cité collégiale in Ottawa, and she has facilitated, and been a presenter at, several workshops.
Nicola Clarke, M.A., CCC, ACC, is a professional counsellor and coach and has a wide range of experience working in both the public and the private sector. She has worked with undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Ottawa, federal public sector employees, and in human resource management in the high tech sector. She is certified as a coach through the International Coaching Federation and coaches professionals in the areas of leadership, efficient management, living successfully through transitions, effective communication, career development and emotional and social intelligence. She has delivered numerous workshops to various government departments and agencies and presented at provincial and national conferences.
Françoise Drouin-Soucy did a master’s in social work at the University of Ottawa and completed coaching training with Erickson Coaching International. She has worked for over 15 years in the mental health field, including more than a decade as a program manager. She is passionate about strategies that enhance autonomy and help people connect with their core values, and this passion is reflected in her work, both in training and in coaching.
Mariette Ledo holds a MEd (Counselling) degree from the University of Ottawa.She is a Certified Member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapists Association (CCPA). She has also taken coaching training with École Accès-Avenir de Gatineau and with Integral Coaching Canada. Mariette Ledo has spent most of her career as a member of the Federal Public Service, where she gained extensive experience and knowledge in counselling and leadership.
Manuela Pires Martins, MEd. As a psychologist and professional coach, Manuela has extensive experience in coaching, informal conflict resolution, organization development and training. She has worked in a variety of environments, ranging from various federal departments to community and municipal settings and private practice. Manuela holds a master’s degree in educational counselling from the University of Ottawa and is a graduate of the Canadian Institute for Conflict Resolution (CICR). She is a member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec (OPQ), the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the Association for Contextual Behavioral Science (ACBS).
Louise Nadeau, Professional Coach and Canada Certified Counsellor through the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA), holds a Master’s in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa. She has also completed coach training with École Accès-Avenir in Gatineau, as well as The Art & Science of Coaching, at Erickson College in Vancouver. Louise has over 25 years’ experience in a university setting and is currently a counsellor and coach for master’s and PhD students at the University of Ottawa.
Hélène Robert, M.Ed., CCC, is a Leadership Coach and a Career Counsellor. She holds a Master’s in Educational Counselling from the University of Ottawa and is a certified counsellor with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Hélène has also completed two coaching training, one with Integral Coaching Canada and the other with Erickson College in Vancouver. She is certified with the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) with Psychometrics Canada. Hélène has more than 15 years experience in career counselling and leadership development in both the private and community sector as well as with the federal public service.
